ITINERARY

DAY 1 | THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2026
ARRIVALS IN PHILADELPHIA, PA
Today we arrive in Philadelphia; our landing spot to begin our step-by-step tour of the beginnings of Church history will begin here in the City of Brotherly Love.

DAY 2 | FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2026
SUSQUEHANNA, NY
This morning we will begin our bus ride toward Susquehanna, NY to Harmony, PA and visit the restored Joseph Smith Home and the new Priesthood Restoration Site and Visitor Center.

DAY 3 | SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2026
PALMYRA, NY
We will begin our day with a tour of the Smith Family Farm and visit the replica log home where Joseph lived with his family and where Moroni later appeared in the bedroom loft. The home is adjacent to the Sacred Grove, when in early spring of 1820, Joseph received his First Vision. We will then visit the Grandin Press and then later, Hill Cumorah.

DAY 4 | SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2026
NIAGARA FALLS, NY
Leaving Palmyra early, we will travel along the Great Lakes stopping at Niagara Falls State Park for a brief visit. We’ll have time to discuss doctrines and concepts from the scriptures.

DAY 5 | MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2026
KIRTLAND, OH
This morning, we will drive the short distance to Kirtland. We will visit the Kirtland Temple; the first temple constructed in this dispensation designed for the restoration of the priesthood keys. We’ll travel to Historic Kirtland, the Whitney Store and home, the hotel, sawmill, and other buildings. In the afternoon, we will begin our journey to Carthage, stopping along the route for the dinner and overnight.

DAY 6 | TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 22, 2026
CARTHAGE, IL
This will be a somber day, for here in this place that was made sacred from the “best blood of the 19th century”, the Prophet and his brother Hyrum, patriarch of the Church, were martyred on June 27, 1844.

DAY 7 | WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2026
NAUVOO, IL
We will spend most of the day here to visit the various sites in Nauvoo, including the Nauvoo House, Joseph Smith’s store, the John Taylor home, a brick kiln, and other fascinating places of interest.

DAY 8 | THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 24, 2026
ADAM-ONDI-AHMAN
We can read in the Doctrine and Covenants 107 and other chapters about Adam-Ondi-Ahman. Today, the area is cared for by the Church, a beautiful restful place that where we will have a chance to see this holy ground in person and learn about the key events that happened here in the distant past, and according to scripture, will occur in a future

DAY 9 | FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 2026
KANSAS CITY, MO
On this day we will visit the Independence Visitors’ Center. Independence was the designated "center place” of Zion (D&C 57:3) where Saints gathered. They began to establish a new community, and prepared to build temples. We'll also visit the Liberty Jail Visitors Center, and a reconstruction of a jail where the Prophet Joseph Smith received divine revelations of comfort in March 1839.

DAY 10 | SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2026
RETURN FLIGHTS HOME
We will depart on our return flights home from Kansas City International Airport, carrying with us wonderful memories from our journey and the experiences we shared along the way.
Schedule subject to modification based on circumstances, such as: group mobility, traffic, weather, unforeseeable delays, etc.
